Specifications

· Both models will cut master rolls up to 26” long, approximately 5” diameter x 3,000 Ft.

· Accepts 1”, 1/2” and 5/8” O.D. mandrels, for a variety of core sizes in the same machine.

· Easy to operate; good for quick in house production cutting, maximizing job turn around time.

· Rockwell hardened 8” round blade or a 6” straight knife .

· “T” slot steel clamping jaws for a positive hold, with wrench.

· Superior construction with cast iron, and steel weldments.

· Painted and blackened surfaces.

· Strong 1/3 HP, 120 V motor with overload switch.

· Quick loading rotating mandrel and locking tailstock.

· Guarding as required.

· Approximately: 55” long, 100 Lbs. suitable for most work benches.

· Can be converted from a 6” straight knife set-up to an 8” round blade.

· Other machine sizes up to 48” masters.

· Same day blade sharpening service or replacement.
