Specifications

· Vansco cutting machines are built for your demanding production area and needs.

· Improves cutting flexibility.

· Both models will cut master rolls up to 25” long, approximately 6” diameter x 4,000’.

· Accepts 1” and 3” O.D. mandrels in the same machine.

· Easy to operate, good for quick in house production cutting, maximizing job turn around time.

· Solid aluminum chuck with steel clamping jaws for a positive hold.

· Precision rotation and driving assembly with 1/2 HP or 1 HP motor 120 V. and overload switch.

· Solid steel dual tie rods and bars for superior cutting stability.

· Linear ball bushings for smooth moving blade width positioning, with lock for accurate cutting.

· Rockwell hardened 8” diameter round blade, with positive lever control.

· Guarding for blade with other guarding as required.

· Simple drop-in mandrel (non rotating) with easy load tailstock and lock.

· Supplied with manufactures warranties, operator instruction, and part list.

· Approximately: 55” long, 140 lbs. suitable for most work benches, mounting holes provided.

· Other machine sizes available up to 48” masters.

· Same day blade sharpening service or replacement.

Machine options:

· Motor upgrade to 1 H.P., 3” O.D. x 27” mandrel, and chuck adapter.

· Heavy duty welded steel stand with solid aluminum top, and underneath storage.
